Mavis Akua Ewa is the founder and Managing Consultant of Citisearch, a Human Resource Advisory Consultancy in Accra, Ghana. Mavis’ career started in Retail banking after returning to Ghana from the UK. She left banking to start up her HR consultancy as a recruiter and trainer and today has a combination of both Ghanaian and international clients.
